A treasure to have during this cold season. Composed of a wonderful dozen plus chinese herbs, Cold Snap works to direct your chi to a more balanced state. It does not try to suppress your symptoms. I find it works best during the early stages of a cold, although I take it throughout the course of my colds. I have also heard of people taking it for purely preventative measures.

Cold Snap comes in two forms, capsules and powder. A note to vegetarians, the capsules have gelatin in them. I was only able to find the capsule form at my local Whole Foods, but you can order the powder from the OHCO website.
