Leisure is the devils playground. So true, so true.
Yet, staying busy is not the only solution. Actually it is just a distraction from the real solution: being able to control ourselves in times of rest and relaxation. Enter in methods such as yoga, meditation, and prayer.
Someone told me once that the best time to practice mindfulness and deep contemplation is to use our leisure time to quite our minds and find an inner satisfaction that roots out the temptations that call to us when we are not running around busy.
